A Golden Star team leader visits your school at an agreed time — scheduled to avoid teaching disruptions. The visit covers all areas requiring cleaning: classrooms, corridors, bathrooms, the canteen, specialist rooms and any outdoor or hard-to-access areas. This typically takes 30 to 90 minutes depending on campus size.
Following the site visit, a written proposal is provided within one business day. Every area and service type is priced individually. The quote includes the compliance documentation pack — WWC Check records, public liability certificate, GECA product data sheets and relevant Safe Work Method Statements. No extras to chase separately.
Once approved, a service agreement is issued and the assigned cleaning team visits your school before the first shift for a full site induction — key collection, alarm familiarisation and introduction to relevant school contacts.
